Appliance Reward Program

The Appliance Loft has created a Kitchen Appliance Reward Program to compensate you. The program was developed as an incentive for you to refer your clients to us for their appliance needs.

Our goal is to exceed your customer's wants and needs for the appliances that will fit their lifestyle. When selections are made, copies of the customer's order and the specifications of their selections will be sent to you for review and approval. This will ensure no mistakes are made with sizing and/or functionality of the selected appliances.

Our showroom is conveniently located in Oakley on the corner of Madison and Brotherton Roads in the Voltage Lofts. Your customers can visit our showroom Monday thru Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and on Saturday's from 9AM to 3PM. Appointments are available but are not necessary to visit our showroom. The Appliance Loft takes care in making sure your customer is getting the features they want and the appliances conform to your designs and/or cabinetry. Special care is also taken to make sure the proper fuel is selected, refrigeration will fit (true built-in, counter depth, or freestanding), and doors will open without restrictions of walls or islands. If necessary, an "on site" survey will be made to make sure selections will fit prior to ordering and delivery, keeping your project on schedule.

NO FEES: There are no administrative fees for this service. Our goal is simple: "To serve all our customers and their customers on a personal level for complete satisfaction".

FLEXIBLE DELIVERY: Ask us for details of our delivery either tailgate drop, uncrate, uncrate set in place, and/or install. We can provide the delivery required for your jobs.

PRODUCTS WHEN YOU NEED THEM: Ordered products for your customers will be held in our warehouse ready for delivery when you request them.

NO CHARGE SPECS ON DEMAND: Appliance specifications are available for all your designs and can be sent to you conveniently via fax or mail. There are no administration fees for this service.

Special Note: Venting is extremely important. We know many of you use the inserts for your custom design hoods. We have reduced the number of brands and SKU's to better serve the customer's needs and to provide the best in ventilation and pricing possible. There are many Updraft Hoods and Downdraft Ventilators on display.
